All orders over $50 will qualify for shipping in the ACT. If your order doesn’t qualify for Shipping you needn’t worry, you can click and collect from our store or arrange for shipping separately.

Authority to Leave (ATL): While we do not recommend leaving your order unattended, you may request this by leaving a note on the checkout page or contacting us. If you give us the authority to leave the order in your absence we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your order, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended – like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc.
Click & Collect
Choose, click and pay for your goods online and then collect your order when it suits you from our store in 42-44 Colbee Ct, Phillip ACT 2606, Australia. Please allow at least 4 hours or make contact with us prior to collecting any orders so we can ensure your order is ready for collection. Please also bring any form of identification and your proof of purchase.
General dispatch and delivery times are from 1 to 5 days from the date of order unless otherwise arranged between you and Powells.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
